Shipping Policy

I. Shipping Fees

(A) Regular Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are set based on different receiving countries/regions, order amounts, as well as the weight and size of the products. Details are as follows:

1. When the order amount is below a specific amount (e.g., <USD 99 for most regions, <USD 129 for some regions), the standard shipping method from our China distribution center via regular postal service will be applied, and corresponding shipping fees will be charged (e.g., USD 9.90 for most regions, USD 15.90 for some regions).

2. When the order amount reaches or exceeds the specific amount (e.g., >=USD 99 for most regions, >=USD 129 for some regions), the same shipping method will be used, and customers can enjoy free shipping.

(B) Shipping Fees for Specific Items

For certain items with larger weight or size, additional shipping fees (e.g., USD 75 or USD 35) will be charged. These fees will be displayed at checkout. Please confirm the final charges before completing your order.

II. Delivery Time

(A) Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 9 AM China Time may require an additional business day for processing. For example, orders placed after 9 AM on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

(B) Delivery Time for Different Regions

1. For different countries/regions, corresponding estimated delivery times are set according to different shipping methods. For instance, for orders to the United States (<USD 99), the delivery time is 8 - 25 business days, and for orders to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia (<USD 99), it is 8 - 15 business days.

2. For large - sized items or packages weighing over 4kg, the delivery time in some countries may be longer, possibly exceeding 30 days.

III. Shipping Updates

We will provide you with a tracking number. You can track the shipping status of your order in real - time through our designated shipping query channels (such as the link on our official website or the website of our partner logistics company). For split shipments (e.g., US orders shipped from different locations based on stock availability), separate tracking numbers will be provided.

IV. Currently Undeliverable Areas

1. Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico in the United States.

2. The Altai Republic, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, Chuvash Republic, Kamchatka Krai, Magadan Oblast, Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Tuva Republic, and Vologda Oblast in Russia.

3. P.O. Box addresses in Kenya.

4. Other specific non - deliverable areas in certain countries clearly marked in the table.

V. Order Cancellation

If you change your mind after placing an order, we will accept order cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

VI. Changing Order Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. You can reach our customer service team through the following methods:

Send an email to info@lvxiaocompany.com. Please indicate "Change Order Delivery Address - Order Number [Your Order Number]" in the email subject, and clearly state the original and new delivery addresses in the email body.

After receiving your request and verifying the order information, we will do our best to modify the delivery address for you. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the delivery address. Your understanding is appreciated.

VII. Value - Added Tax (VAT) and Customs Duties

According to the customs regulations of different countries and regions, some orders may incur value - added tax (VAT), customs duties, or other import taxes. These charges are usually calculated and levied by the customs of the destination country or region based on factors such as the value, type, and origin of the goods.As the seller, we will truthfully declare the value and relevant information of the goods in the order. However, the final amount of taxes and the collection situation are determined by the customs of the destination country or region, and we have no control over them or the ability to accurately estimate them.Therefore, you are responsible for any potential VAT, customs duties, or other import taxes. When the goods arrive in the destination country or region, the customs may contact you to request payment of these taxes. The goods can only be successfully delivered to you after you have completed the tax payment.
