  • ☕ 【WHY COFFEE NEED TO BE SIEVED】Sieve the fine powder(less than 500um) or super fine powder(less than 250um) to improve the particle size distribution.
  • ☕ 【PROFESSIONAL COFFEE GRIND SIEVE】The coffee powder sifter effectively shifts the fine powder for a more uniform coffee powder, avoid over-extraction of fine or under-extraction of coarse. Uneven grinding does not mean more fine powder, and uneven grinding will lead to uneven extraction.
  • ☕ 【SIEVE HOLE SIZE】The sieve hole size is 500um/0.5mm. This sifter can effectively sieve the fines and super fines to make the coffee powder evenly more sieved. The overall dissolution rate of coffee is balanced. Meets your daily coffee powder coarse and fine needs, easily have a clear coffee taste.
  • ☕ 【PREMIUM MATERIAL】Made of food grade stainless steel which is durable and sturdy. The frosted coating allows the sifter a better appearance and makes it harder to stick fingerprints. Equipped with a non-slip base, no need to worry about the sifter removing during use. Detachable design,it's easy to clean.
  • ☕ 【MULTIPLE USE】It is an integrated sieve with powder sieving, powder receiving and coffee smelling. It can remove the bitterness and miscellaneous taste of coffee. It can also be used as a receiver under the coffee grinder.

Why do I need a coffee sieve?

    • If the powder is too fine:

If there is too much fine powder or ultra-fine powder after grinding, the fine powder will affect the water flow rate when coffee brewing in this case, resulting in over-extraction, the coffee taste will be bitter.

    • If the powder is too coarse:

If the powder is too coarse after grinding, the coffee brewing in this case will lead to under-extraction, and the taste will be faint and low flavor. It can usually be solved by adjusting the grinding degree.

Below 250 microns is ultrafine powder, below 500 microns is fine powder. Uneven grinding does not mean more fine powder, uneven grinding will lead to uneven extraction. The taste of sieving all the fine powder is cleaner, but it will also lead to the loss of feeling the change of coffee flavor. We recommend shaking 3-4 times, the situation is different for each grinder, according to the status of the powder, retain a part of the fine powder to prevent insufficient extraction.

    250um or 500um?

    - The 250um sifter retains the fine powder between 250 and 500 microns, only the ultrafine powder is sieved.

    - The 500um sifter removes fine and ultrafine powder.

Coffee extraction needs fine powder, but not too much (prevent under-extraction). Avoid ultrafine powder.

    Choose according the demand.
